1peel and cut potatos into bite size pieces,dice onion,cook in sauce pan till fork tender. Add butter.
Make dumplings,beat 2 eggs,add flour til stiff dough is made, drop by teaspoon size pieces into potatos while they are boiling.
Cook about 10 min. more then add 2 cups milk and bring it back to a boil for 10 min. then turn down to simmer til ready to eat.
