Ingredients

2 cchopped onions

6 cpotatoes

4 clovegarlic

1/2 ctamari

2 tspdill, fresh

1 lbcubed ham

1small head of cabbage

1 lbbag of baby carrots

1/8 tsppepper
-
1 dash(es)worcestershire sauce

1 dash(es)tabasco sauce

3 Tbspbutter, cold

1 pinchsalt

5 cwater
How to Make Potato Soup with Cabbage , Carrots & Ham
- In a big skillet Saute' Onions , Garlic and Dill in the butter
- When the Onions, are soft add Water and Potatoes , Carrots, Ham and the Cabbage bring to a boil then simmer for 20 minutes
- Add Tamari , Worcestershire , Tabasco and Pepper
- Remove some of the Potatoes from the pot and blend thoroughly. The more Potatoes you blend , the creamier the soup will be and the fewer Potatoe chunks will be in it. If you want a compleatly smooth soup put the whole thing in a blender.
- I have found that after all the steps are done if you just let it simmer longer it tastes that much better :)
