How to Make Potato Soup with Cabbage , Carrots & Ham

  1. In a big skillet Saute' Onions , Garlic and Dill in the butter
  2. When the Onions, are soft add Water and Potatoes , Carrots, Ham and the Cabbage bring to a boil then simmer for 20 minutes
  3. Add Tamari , Worcestershire , Tabasco and Pepper
  4. Remove some of the Potatoes from the pot and blend thoroughly. The more Potatoes you blend , the creamier the soup will be and the fewer Potatoe chunks will be in it. If you want a compleatly smooth soup put the whole thing in a blender.
  5. I have found that after all the steps are done if you just let it simmer longer it tastes that much better :)
