Ingredients
- 6 cups chicken, beef or vegetable stock
- 2 tablespoons ginger grated
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 bunch green onions divided into green and white parts
- 1/2 teaspoon chinese five spice powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1 package frozen mini wontons or pot stickers
- 1 bag mann's organic broccoli slaw mix
- 1 cup fresh bean sprouts
- 2 small jalapenos seeded and diced
- 1 tablespoon each soy sauce and fish sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
How To Make photon soup

Step 1Add the stock to a large stock pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and add ginger, garlic, and green parts of the green onions. Stir in the Chinese 5 spice and pepper.

Step 2Add the frozen wontons or pot stickers. Cook until they start to float. Add the remaining ingredients except for cilantro and the green parts of the scallions.

Step 3Cook 2 minutes. Garnish with the cilantro and green onions.
