How to Make Pea Soup
- 1Put carrots, onions, celery, ham bone and peas in a large pot and cover with water.
- 2Cook at a low boil for approx 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- 3Take celery out. Take ham bone out and take meat off. Mash the carrots roughly in the pot. Put the meat back in.
- 4Put in the corn and mashed potatoes and cook for about 30 min. Use the masher again to make sure the potatoes incorporate.
