This is the easiest soup I have ever made. I made this soup and my kids ate it up. My niece and nephew even love it. when I make it , I take the leftovers(if there are any) to work with me and they are even better than the day before.

Ingredients
- 1 bag dries split peas
- 1 - carrot
- 1 - onion
- 3 - cloves of garlic
- 1 can chicken stock
- 1 - smoked hamhock
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - water
How To Make pea soup

Step 1finely dice all the vegetables, garlic add to the crockpot and add the bag of split peas

Step 2add the ham hock chicken stock and enough water to cover the peas

Step 3salt and pepper to taste. Cover it and Let it simmer til all the vegetables are melted away.

Step 4I put it all in the crockpot before I got to work and let it go on low all day. Man the house smells good when I get home.
