  • 4 c
    beef broth
  • 1 lb
    green beans, fresh
  • 4 medium
    carrots (sliced)
  • 1/2 medium
    onion (diced)
  • 1 clove
    garlic (diced)
  • 1 can(s)
    black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 can(s)
    corn (drained)
  • 1 small
    green bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/2 medium
    red bell peppers (diced)
  • 1 small
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 tsp
    salt and pepper

How to Make No Meat (are you kidding me)

Step-by-Step

  1. Saute green beans, onion and garlic in olive oil in large pan about 15 minutes.
  2. Add beef broth peppers, black beans, corn, and salt and pepper to the green beans and onion and garlic. Simmer until green beans are tender.
  3. Soup is done. Enjoy.
