Can't have alot of things to eat so I have been trying new things.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 pound green beans, fresh
  • 4 medium carrots (sliced)
  • 1/2 medium onion (diced)
  • 1 clove garlic (diced)
  • 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 can corn (drained)
  • 1 small green bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/2 medium red bell peppers (diced)
  • 1 small olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper

How To Make no meat (are you kidding me)

  • Step 1
    Saute green beans, onion and garlic in olive oil in large pan about 15 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Add beef broth peppers, black beans, corn, and salt and pepper to the green beans and onion and garlic. Simmer until green beans are tender.
  • Step 3
    Soup is done. Enjoy.
