How to Make Mushroom Miso Soup
- 1Place broth in sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Take about 1/2 cup broth and add the miso paste stir until dissolved then add back to pot. Add the mushrooms and bok choy and cook 5 minutes. Slowly drizzle the egg into the broth while whisking. Remove from heat and garnish with green onions.
