This recipe comes from my mom. When I had my jaw wired, eons ago, I remember she came over and made me some of this soup. I loved it. Sure miss that woman.

Ingredients
- - 2 cups diced potatoes
- - 1/3 cup chopped onion
- - 3 tbsp. butter
- - 1/2 cup water
- - 1 clove garlic, crushed
- - 1 1/2 t. salt
- - 1/8 t. pepper
- - 2 cups milk
- - 1 tbsp. parsley
How To Make mom marcon's potato soup

Step 1Add onion, potato to melted butter and water. Add salt, pepper, garlic

Step 2Cover and cook slowly until all are very soft. Add milk. Bring to boil. Sieve. Return to pan. Add parsley. Makes 1 quart. Source: My mom and My Old Recipes
