Ingredients

  • 8 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons instant dashi soup base or chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 1 cup shiitake mushroom stemmed and sliced
  • 2 - green onions chopped

How To Make miso soup

  • Step 1
    Mix the water with the dashi granules and miso paste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and add the mushrooms and green onions. Simmer 5 minutes.
