Ingredients
- 8 cups water
- 2 tablespoons instant dashi soup base or chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 1 cup shiitake mushroom stemmed and sliced
- 2 - green onions chopped
How To Make miso soup

Step 1Mix the water with the dashi granules and miso paste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and add the mushrooms and green onions. Simmer 5 minutes.
