Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 3 - carrots, sliced
- 2 - celery ribs, sliced thin
- 1 quart canned tomatoes
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 6 teaspoons basil
- 3 teaspoons oregano, dried
- 1 large can kidney beans
- 1 small head cabbage, shredded
- 2 medium zucchini
- box (8oz.) cooked pasta
How To Make minestrone soup

Step 1mix all ingredients except pasta together and cook for 30 min. or until vegetables are cooked.add pasta coo a couple more until warmed. good with home made bread or rolls.
