Ingredients
- 2 cans (14 1/2 oz) each of reduced-sodium beef broths
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup diced potato
- 1 cup coarsely chopped green cabbage
- 1 cup coarsely chopped carrots
- 1 cup sliced zucchini
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup sliced fresh green beans
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 - bay leaf
- 1 can (15 1/2 oz) cannelini beans, rinsed and drained
- - grated parmesan cheese (optional)
How To Make minestrone alla milanese ~ slow cooker

Step 1Combine all ingredients except cannelini beans and cheese in slow cooker, mix well.

Step 2Cover and cook on LOW 5-6 hours Add cannelini beans. Cover and cook on LOW 1 hour or until vegetables are crisp tender. Remove and discard bay leaf. Garnish with cheese, if desired.
