- 8 large baking potatoes
- 1 medium onion,diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can milk (use the soup can)
- 1/2 package bacon, fried and crumbled
- 6 - chicken bullion cubes
- - sour cream
- - cheddar cheese
- - sliced green onions
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make loaded potato soup

Step 1Peel and dice potatoes into large soup pot. Add onions, bacon, soup, milk, and bullion cubes.

Step 2Add enough water to cover potatoes.

Step 3Simmer on low heat until potatoes are tender.

Step 4Serve with sour cream, cheese, and green onions as desired.
