    baking potatoes
  • 1 medium
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
    milk (use the soup can)
  • 1/2 pkg
    bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 6
    chicken bullion cubes
  • ·
    sour cream
  • ·
    cheddar cheese
  • ·
    sliced green onions
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Loaded Potato Soup


  1. Peel and dice potatoes into large soup pot. Add onions, bacon, soup, milk, and bullion cubes.
  2. Add enough water to cover potatoes.
  3. Simmer on low heat until potatoes are tender.
  4. Serve with sour cream, cheese, and green onions as desired.
