garlic and herb seasoning
1chop potatoes into bite size pieces and add potatoes to enough water to generously cover them.
3Boil until potatoes are tender.
4Mix flour with one cup of water and slowly pour into boiling potato and stir until thickened.
6Cut up peeled boiled eggs into slices and add to soup.
7Garnish with sour cream and your choice of cheese if desired.
