I love loaded baked potatoes and I love soup. I made this up as I went along and it became an absolute favorite in fall and winter.

Ingredients
- 10 large red potatoes
- 3 tablespoons bacon drippings
- 4 - hard boiled eggs
- - cooked bacon pieces
- 4 tablespoons flour
- - cheese, shredded
- - sour cream
- - garlic and herb seasoning
- - salt and pepper
How To Make loaded potato soup

Step 1chop potatoes into bite size pieces and add potatoes to enough water to generously cover them.

Step 2Add bacon drippings.

Step 3Boil until potatoes are tender.

Step 4Mix flour with one cup of water and slowly pour into boiling potato and stir until thickened.

Step 5Add bacon pieces.

Step 6Cut up peeled boiled eggs into slices and add to soup.

Step 7Garnish with sour cream and your choice of cheese if desired.
