Ingredients

ground chuck or beef stew meat, cooked

small bags frozen mixed vegetables

big can of whole tomatoes, cut it up

small can of tomato paste

potatoes, cubes
water
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Lisa's Homemade Vegetable Soup

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown the ground chuck. Drain off fat. Put the ground chuck in a large pot. Peel potatoes and cut into cubes and put in the pot. Add mixed vegetables, tomatoes, tomato paste, salt and pepper and mix well. Add 6 cups of water. Bring to a boil and reduce medium-low heat. Cook for 30 minutes. Serve with cornbread or crackers.
