Lisa's Homemade Vegetable Soup
2 lbground chuck or beef stew meat, cooked
2small bags frozen mixed vegetables
1big can of whole tomatoes, cut it up
1small can of tomato paste
·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Lisa's Homemade Vegetable Soup
- Brown the ground chuck. Drain off fat. Put the ground chuck in a large pot. Peel potatoes and cut into cubes and put in the pot. Add mixed vegetables, tomatoes, tomato paste, salt and pepper and mix well. Add 6 cups of water. Bring to a boil and reduce medium-low heat. Cook for 30 minutes. Serve with cornbread or crackers.
