Ingredients
- 1 pound kale
- 5 - potatoes, peeled
- - potato cooking water, drained from cooking the potatoes
- 2 - onions, chopped
- 1 pound chourico, sliced (portuguese sausage)
- - salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make kale soup

Step 1Wash kale well and cut up into very small pieces.

Step 2Parboil potatoes in enough water to cover. Cube.

Step 3Add kale, onions, and chourico. Let simmer for an hour or longer, adding more water as necessary.

Step 4Season with salt and pepper.
