This is a major easy and yummy soup made in a flash. I made a double batch here. It taste like you worked hard all day to make it. LOL..

Ingredients

1 lb
italian sausage, no casings (i use sweet)
1 medium
onion diced
1 can(s)
26 oz. crushed tomatos or diced
2 c
water
1 can(s)
16 oz. garbanzo beans
1 can(s)
16 oz. beef or chicken broth
1 tsp
sweet basil dried
1 tsp
oregano, dried
1
10 - 16 bag of frozen mixed vegeables
salt and pepper to your taste

garlic cloves grated

How to Make Italian Vegetable Soup

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook sausage (crumbled)add garlic and onions.drain. Add remaining ingredients.heat to boil, reduce heat and simmer untill veg, are tender. {Can put in a crockpot on low for four hours.{
