This is a major easy and yummy soup made in a flash. I made a double batch here. It taste like you worked hard all day to make it. LOL..

Ingredients

  • 1 pound italian sausage, no casings (i use sweet)
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 can 26 oz. crushed tomatos or diced
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 can 16 oz. garbanzo beans
  • 1 can 16 oz. beef or chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon sweet basil dried
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1 - 10 - 16 bag of frozen mixed vegeables
  • - salt and pepper to your taste
  • 2 - garlic cloves grated

How To Make italian vegetable soup

  • Step 1
    Cook sausage (crumbled)add garlic and onions.drain. Add remaining ingredients.heat to boil, reduce heat and simmer untill veg, are tender. {Can put in a crockpot on low for four hours.{
