I had tried to for years to dupicate my Grandma's vegetable beef soup receipe but never could get it right. So, I added my own touch to it and my family fell in love with it. If you happen to have any left over, it freezes perfectly.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds hamburger
- 2 cans mixed vegetables ( i use vegall)
- 2 cans diced italian tomatos
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon mccormick italian seasoning
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tablespoon mccormick steak seasoning
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make homemade vegetable beef soup

Step 1Brown hamburger with steak seasoning, drain well.

Step 2Combine hamburger, vegetables, tomatos, italian seasoning, tomato paste in a 5qt. pot. Bring to a boil

Step 3Add butter, salt and pepper to taste

Step 4Reduce heat to medium, let cook for 15 minutes.
