Ingredients
- 2 cups ham pieces cut up into bite sizes
- 8 to 10 medium potatoes medium, cut up 1/4 size
- 1 large onion ,cut up
- 1 medium bell pepper,cut up
- 1/2 cup celery, cut up
- 1 1/2 cups baby carrots
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups water
How To Make hearty potato soup

Step 1In a dutch oven or large pot, combine ham peices, onion, bell pepper, celery, and salt and pepper. Add 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil.

Step 2Add potatoes, carrots and red wine vinegar. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes or until potatoes and carrots are fork tender.

Step 3Serve with crackers or cheese toast.
