My husband and I stopped at a little Mom & Pop's restaurant, recently, in Forest, FL and they had this soup. It was so good that I came home and made my rendition of it. I like it, and I hope you do, too.

How to Make Ham with Vegetable's Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. In a medium size saucepan pour in water. Add 6 chicken boullion cubes. Bring to a boil and lower heat. Add all the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Of course you can add whatever vegetables you like. These are what I had on hand. I like a few croutons on mine, my husband likes (as he calls them) soda crackers. It turned out great. Enjoy!
