How to Make Grilled Bratwurst and Onions/French Onion Soup
- Make a bed of sliced onions in foil roaster pan. Place bratwurst on top. Rinse potatoes and put them on top of onion and bratwurst. Add the stick of butter.
- Place on hot grill, add beer. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes. Enjoy!
- French Onion Soup: Place remaining cooked onions into a large sauce pan. Add 4 to 6 Cups water and add 5-7 teaspoon beef bullion and a couple of bay leaves....cook on low for 30 minutes. Serve or freeze for later.
