Gazpacho by Morning White Dove
Once you try it you will know what Gazpacho is. And yes you do use a head of Garlic.
4 largeripe tomatoes
1cucumber, peeled and sliced
1onions, vidalia, peeled and quartered
1green bell pepper, deveined and chopped
1 ctomato juice
1 Tbspred wine vinegar
3 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin
1 smallgarlic head
several sliceblack olives
to taste dash(es)salt and pepper
How to Make Gazpacho by Morning White Dove
- Put all ingredients (except olives) in food processor or blender. Seperate Garlic head into cloves before adding. Chop as coarsely or finely as per your taste. S&P to taste.
- Chill until icy.
- Serve in small cups topped with black olives, sliced or diced.
- Serve with chips or saltines.
