Morning White Dove was GGG Grandmother to me and to Elvis the King. She was a Cherokee Indian who lived in Hamilton,AL. Once you try it you will know what Gazpacho is. And yes you do use a head of Garlic.

Ingredients
- 4 large ripe tomatoes
- 1 - cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 - onions, vidalia, peeled and quartered
- 1 - green bell pepper, deveined and chopped
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 small garlic head
- several slice black olives
- to taste dash salt and pepper
How To Make gazpacho by morning white dove

Step 1Put all ingredients (except olives) in food processor or blender. Seperate Garlic head into cloves before adding. Chop as coarsely or finely as per your taste. S&P to taste.

Step 2Chill until icy.

Step 3Serve in small cups topped with black olives, sliced or diced.

Step 4Serve with chips or saltines.
