Ingredients For fresh mushroom soup, mom

1 lbfresh mushrooms, coarsely chopped

1/2 cbutter

1onion, chopped

1/2 tspsalt

1 clovegarlic, mashed

1/3 cflour

1 ccelery, chopped

1/2 tspworcestershire

2carrots, sliced

1/2 tspmustard, dry

6 cbeef broth

1 cwhite wine
How To Make fresh mushroom soup, mom

1Saute mushrooms in 1/4 c butter, set aside. Saute onion and garlic in remaining butter. Blend in salt, mustard and flour. Add Worcestershire, celery, carrots and broth. Cook, stirring constantly until slightly thickened. Lower heat, cook covered 20 min. Strain, add wine and mushrooms to strained broth and heat through.
