Ingredients
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 6 ounces shiitake mushrooms thinly sliced
- 8 ounces can bamboo shoots drained and cut into matchsticks
- 8 ounces soft tofu cut into pieces
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger minced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sambal oelek or sriracha sauce
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 3 tbsp water
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 2 teaspoons white pepper
- 4 - green onions sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
How To Make fast and easy hot and sour soup

Step 1Bring the first 11 ingredients to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to a simmer and simmer 5 minutes. Add the cornstarch mixed with water and let soup thicken a bit.

Step 2Slowly pour in the eggs in a slow stream while stirring the soup. Stir in the white pepper, green onions and cilantro. Serve
