10 ozmixed vegetables, frozen
3 Tbsponion, instant minced
2 tspchicken bouillon granules
1/4 ccelery, finely chopped
1 1/3 cinstant mashed potato flakes
How to Make Fast and Creamy Vegetable Soup
- Cook vegetables according to package directions... but to just UNDER done; drain and set aside.
- Heat to boiling in large saucepan milk, water, minced onion, bouillon granules, salt and celery.
- Remove from heat and stir in instant mashed potato flakes.
- Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat to LOW and add in cooked vegetables. Let simmer until veggies are heated through.
