Super easy and super good! Great on those cold winter days. Also seems to taste even better the next day.

Ingredients

  • 1 can ea green beans, corn and peas with liquid
  • 2 cans vegetable, chicken and/or beef broth
  • 1/2 - onion, chopped
  • 1 large russet potato cut into chunks
  • 2 large carrots, chopped
  • 2 - bay leaves
  • l large can of italian tomatoes
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make easy vegetable soup

  • Step 1
    Open cans of veggies and dump into large pot. Add salt, pepper, bay leaf, onion,potato and carrots. Squish Italian tomatoes with your hand and add to pot. Bring to a boil and turn down to simmer. Serve with crusty bread.
