Ingredients
- 1 can ea green beans, corn and peas with liquid
- 2 cans vegetable, chicken and/or beef broth
- 1/2 - onion, chopped
- 1 large russet potato cut into chunks
- 2 large carrots, chopped
- 2 - bay leaves
- l large can of italian tomatoes
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make easy vegetable soup

Step 1Open cans of veggies and dump into large pot. Add salt, pepper, bay leaf, onion,potato and carrots. Squish Italian tomatoes with your hand and add to pot. Bring to a boil and turn down to simmer. Serve with crusty bread.
