easy potato soup
(1 RATING)
My brother gave me this recipe. He found it in The Charlotte Observer. He made me some when I had back surgery. I had not eaten much in over a week. I thought this was the best stuff I had ever tasted. He use to bring me some everytime he came to visit. He has passed away now, so I have to make my own. We love it. You can add cheese, bacon bits, crackers or whatever.
