How To Make easy potato soup
-
Step 1Dice the potatoes and place into a large pot with boiling water. Boil potatoes until soft. Add the other diced veggies. Flour some parchment paper and place the biscuits on the flour surface. Lightly pat each side of each biscuit into the flour. Cut each biscuit into quarters and drop into the soup pot. Put the remaining flour into a container that you can shake the remaining flour with some of the water from the boiling potatoe pot. Pour this mixture into the soup pot. This will thicken your soup. Stir occasionally until the soup thickens. Add salt and pepper. Optional: add diced ham - half & half - butter - cheese
