  • 1/2 lb
    italian pork sausage.cooked
  • 1/2 lb
    ham,cubed
  • 3-4 medium
    chicken tenders
  • 1/2 lb
    beef stew meat
  • 1 lb
    med shrimp,thawed
  • 2 qt
    fresh frozen tomatoes
  • 1 large
    diced onion
  • 2 large
    ribs celery with leaves,diced
  • several clove
    garlic,chopped
  • 2 can(s)
    tomato sauce, reduced sodium
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh honey
  • 1 Tbsp
    soul seasoning
  • ·
    red pepper flakes,to taste
  • ·
    salt and black pepper, as needed

  1. add all to crock pot except shrimp stir well cover cook on low all day 8-10 hrs add the shrimp when ya get home from work or last hr of cookin time...
