Ingredients
- 3-5 slices bacon
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 can creamed corn
- 3 cups whole kernel corn
- 4 cups chicken (or vegetable) broth
- 1 package white country gravy mix
- - salt, to taste
- - pepper, to taste
How To Make easy corn chowder

Step 1in a medium pot, cook bacon until crisp. Remove from pan and crumble. Set aside.

Step 2Drain all but 2 tbsp of bacon grease in pan. Add potatoes, onion and bacon into pot and cook for 5 minutes until onions are tender.

Step 3Add Broth and corn and simmer about 20 minutes, until potatoes are tender.

Step 4Mix gravy powder with 3/4 cup of water and add to soup. season with salt and pepper to taste.
