Easy Corn Chowder

1onion, chopped

4 mediumpotatoes, diced

1 can(s)creamed corn

3 cwhole kernel corn

4 cchicken (or vegetable) broth

1 pkgwhite country gravy mix

·salt, to taste

·pepper, to taste
How to Make Easy Corn Chowder
- in a medium pot, cook bacon until crisp. Remove from pan and crumble. Set aside.
- Drain all but 2 tbsp of bacon grease in pan. Add potatoes, onion and bacon into pot and cook for 5 minutes until onions are tender.
- Add Broth and corn and simmer about 20 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
- Mix gravy powder with 3/4 cup of water and add to soup. season with salt and pepper to taste.
