How to Make Easy Corn Chowder
- 1in a medium pot, cook bacon until crisp. Remove from pan and crumble. Set aside.
- 2Drain all but 2 tbsp of bacon grease in pan. Add potatoes, onion and bacon into pot and cook for 5 minutes until onions are tender.
- 3Add Broth and corn and simmer about 20 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
- 4Mix gravy powder with 3/4 cup of water and add to soup. season with salt and pepper to taste.
