- 1 package frozen broccoli (20 oz)
- 1 package frozen cauliflower (10 oz)
- 1 package frozen carrots (10 oz)
- 6 cups water
- 6 teaspoons chicken granules
- 1 teaspoon onion flakes, dehydrated
- 1 package velveeta cheese (16 oz)
How To Make easy broccoli cauliflower cheese soup

Step 1Cook vegetables in 6 cups of water. Add chicken granules and onion. Cover and boil for 20 minutes.

Step 2Do not drain. Remove from heat and mash some of the vegetables, leaving it chunky.

Step 3Add cheese and stir until the cheese melts.
