  • 1 package frozen broccoli (20 oz)
  • 1 package frozen cauliflower (10 oz)
  • 1 package frozen carrots (10 oz)
  • 6 cups water
  • 6 teaspoons chicken granules
  • 1 teaspoon onion flakes, dehydrated
  • 1 package velveeta cheese (16 oz)

How To Make easy broccoli cauliflower cheese soup

  • Step 1
    Cook vegetables in 6 cups of water. Add chicken granules and onion. Cover and boil for 20 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Do not drain. Remove from heat and mash some of the vegetables, leaving it chunky.
  • Step 3
    Add cheese and stir until the cheese melts.
