- 1 - med onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 - 15 oz cans of solid pumpkin
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 stick butter
- 3 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander
How To Make curried pumpkin soup

Step 1saute onions and garlic in butter over med heat till translucent add curry powder coriander salt and pepper to taste

Step 2add chicken stock, pumpkin, and cream stir till blended turn heat down let simmer 20 mins enjoy
