this is so easy and filling we eat it on frosty afternoon's on the porch in fall

Ingredients

  • 1 - med onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 - 15 oz cans of solid pumpkin
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander

How To Make curried pumpkin soup

  • Step 1
    saute onions and garlic in butter over med heat till translucent add curry powder coriander salt and pepper to taste
  • Step 2
    add chicken stock, pumpkin, and cream stir till blended turn heat down let simmer 20 mins enjoy
