Curried Pea Soup
It sounds wonderful to me!!
1 pkg10 oz frozen green peas, thawed
2 Tbspbutter, softened
1 smallonion, cut up
1 clovegarlic, halved
2 - 3 tspcurry powder
1/2 tspdry mustard (or 1 tsp prepared)
2 cchicken broth, divided
to tastesalt and pepper
How to Make Curried Pea Soup
- In a blender or food processor whirl peas, onion, garlic, curry powder, mustard, 1/2 cup broth, salt and pepper until smooth.
- In saucepan combine puree with remaining 1 1/2 cups broth and the butter.
- Simmer 10 to 15 minutes to heat through and blend flavors. Makes 4 servings.
