I WANTED SOMETHING QUICK AND WARM.SO I CRATED THE RECIPE FOR THIS FILLING SOUP,WHICH COMES TOGETHER IN A FLASH.

Ingredients

  • 1 CAN
    (14-1/2 ounces)chicken broth
  • 4
    fresh asparagus spears cut in to 2 inch pieces
  • 4
    baby carrots,julienned
  • 1/2
    celery ribs chopped
  • 1
    green onion,chopped
  • 3/4 cup
    cook elbow macaroni
  • 3/4 cup
    fresn baby spinach
  • 1 can
    5-1/2 ounces evaporated
  • ·
    dash garlic,dash pepper and salt

  1. in a saucepan,combine the first seven ingredients.bring to a boil. reduce heat;cover and simmer for 5 min or until vegetables are tender.stir in the macaroni,milk and spinach;heat through.
