- 6 cups - water
- 1/2 cup - chop onions
- 2 cans - cream of celery soup
- 4 - ounces process cheese velveeta,cubed
- 1 cup - 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 tsp - salt and pepper
How To Make "creamy potato soup"

Step 1In a large saucepan,combine potatoes,water,onion.bring to a boil reduce heat;stir in soup and cheese.cook and stir until cheese is melted.

Step 2Stir in the sour cream,salt,pepper.cook and stir until heated through (do not boil) serve this soup with corn bread or crackers for dunking!!
