6 cups
water
1/2 cup
chop onions
2 cans
cream of celery soup

ounces process cheese velveeta,cubed
1 cup
8 ounces sour cream
1/2 tsp
salt and pepper

How to Make "Creamy Potato Soup"

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large saucepan,combine potatoes,water,onion.bring to a boil reduce heat;stir in soup and cheese.cook and stir until cheese is melted.
  • 2Stir in the sour cream,salt,pepper.cook and stir until heated through (do not boil) serve this soup with corn bread or crackers for dunking!!
