Ingredients For creamy leek and potato soup

  • 6 slice
    bacon, sliced and cooked
  • 16 oz
    frozen shredded hash browne potatoes
  • 1 can
    cream of potato soup
  • 2 c
    chicken broth
  • 2
    leeks,white and some green parts,cut 1/4 inch pc
  • 2 stalk
    celery,sliced
  • 1 c
    half and half
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream, lite (optional)

How To Make creamy leek and potato soup

  • 1
    Combine all the ingredients in the crock pot, except for the bacon and sour cream.Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours.

    Just before serving, stir in sour cream.Serve with crumbled bacon and parsley.You can sprinkle some cheddar or your favorite cheese to serve.
