Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon, sliced and cooked
- 16 ounces frozen shredded hash browne potatoes
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 - leeks,white and some green parts,cut 1/4 inch pc
- 2 stalks celery,sliced
- 1 cup half and half
- 1/2 cup sour cream, lite (optional)
How To Make creamy leek and potato soup

Step 1Combine all the ingredients in the crock pot, except for the bacon and sour cream.Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours.

Step 2Just before serving, stir in sour cream.Serve with crumbled bacon and parsley.You can sprinkle some cheddar or your favorite cheese to serve.
