Ingredients
- 1 quart chicken stock
- 4 medium stalks of celery..chopped
- 2 medium carrots chopped
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 4 medium zucchini sliced
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make cream of zucchini soup

Step 1Saute onions in butter until soft. Add celery and carrots and chicken stock, and cook until tender, about half an hour. Add zucchini and cook another 5-10 minutes. Place in blender, add cream cheese and puree. Salt and pepper to season.
