stalks of celery..chopped
2 medium
carrots chopped
1 medium
chopped onion
4 medium
zucchini sliced
3 oz
cream cheese
2 Tbsp

How to Make Cream of Zucchini Soup


  • 1Saute onions in butter until soft. Add celery and carrots and chicken stock, and cook until tender, about half an hour. Add zucchini and cook another 5-10 minutes. Place in blender, add cream cheese and puree. Salt and pepper to season.
