Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bones (turkey or ham)
- 6 cups water,salt
- 2 - carrots
- 1 - parsley root
- 1 - celery stalk
- 1 - leek
- 1/2 cup green beans
- 1/4 small head savoy cabbage
- 3 - potatoes,peeled
- 1 tablespoon instant flour
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- 1/2 cup sour cream or fat-free sour cream
- 2 - egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon dill leaves
- 1 tablespoon chopped green parsley
How To Make cream of vegetable soup

Step 1Place the bone in a kettle with cold water. Cook for 1 hour. Add the vegetables, simmer for 20 minutes. Rub the vegetable through a sieve, or use a blender
