    bones (turkey or ham)

    green beans
  • 1/4 small
    head savoy cabbage

    instant flour
  • 3 Tbsp
    cold water
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream or fat-free sour cream
  • 2
    egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp
    dill leaves
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped green parsley

How to Make Cream of Vegetable Soup


  1. Place the bone in a kettle with cold water. Cook for 1 hour. Add the vegetables, simmer for 20 minutes. Rub the vegetable through a sieve, or use a blender
