Got from a book some like what mine mother-in-law made when she was alive. I miss her so.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound bones (turkey or ham)
  • 6 cups water,salt
  • 2 - carrots
  • 1 - parsley root
  • 1 - celery stalk
  • 1 - leek
  • 1/2 cup green beans
  • 1/4 small head savoy cabbage
  • 3 - potatoes,peeled
  • 1 tablespoon instant flour
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or fat-free sour cream
  • 2 - egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon dill leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green parsley

How To Make cream of vegetable soup

  • Step 1
    Place the bone in a kettle with cold water. Cook for 1 hour. Add the vegetables, simmer for 20 minutes. Rub the vegetable through a sieve, or use a blender
