Ingredients
- 12 - sweet potato
- 1 tablespoon curry
- 1 - onion chopped
- 2 cups chicken soup base
- 16 liters water
- 1 liter 18% cream
How To Make cream of sweet potato and curry

Step 1saute onion in some margarine and add sweet potatoes, water, soup base, curry bring to a boil and then simmer until tender

Step 2set off stove and puree, cool and finish the soup next day.

Step 3Next day , add cream, bring to a boil, turn down and simmer and thicken with standard amount of roux, let simmer for 20 min, or longer and serve
