- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 medium russet potato, peeled and diced
- 12 ounces frozen spinach, thawed
- 1 cup frozen broccoli, thawed
How To Make cream of spinach and broccoli soup

Step 1Combine vegetable broth and the potato in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer about 15 minutes until the potato becomes soft.

Step 2Add the spinach and broccoli. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes.
