12 ozfrozen spinach, thawed

1 cfrozen broccoli, thawed
How To Make cream of spinach and broccoli soup

1Combine vegetable broth and the potato in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer about 15 minutes until the potato becomes soft.

2Add the spinach and broccoli. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes.

3Blend with an immersion blender until smooth. Enjoy!
