Ingredients
- - 1 pkg. betty crocker creamed potatoes
- - 2 1/2 cups water
- - 2 cups milk
- - 2 t. chopped fresh onion
- - 1 t. margarine
- - 1 t. salt
- - 1/8 t. pepper
How To Make cream of potato soup

Step 1In large pan, heat potato slices, sauce mix and water to boiling. Stir occasionally. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Step 2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat through. Variation: Shrimp Potato Soup: Stir in 1 cup broken shrimp, rinsed and drained with the milk. Serves 6
