·1 pkg. betty crocker creamed potatoes

·2 1/2 cups water

·2 cups milk

·2 t. chopped fresh onion

·1 t. margarine

·1 t. salt

·1/8 t. pepper
How to Make Cream of Potato Soup
- In large pan, heat potato slices, sauce mix and water to boiling. Stir occasionally. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- . Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat through.
Variation: Shrimp Potato Soup: Stir in 1 cup broken shrimp, rinsed and drained with the milk.
