Ingredients
- 4-5 medium potatoes, cubed
- 2 cups carrots, sliced
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- - salt to taste
- 1 1/2 pounds fresh broccoli, chopped
- 1/3 stick butter or margarine
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
- 6 - chicken bouillon cubes dissolved in 2 cups water
How To Make cream of broccoli soup

Step 1Simmer potatoes, carrots, celery and onion in 2 1/2 Cups water with salt until vegetables are tender. Add broccoli and simmer 7 minutes. Drain water and set aside.

Step 2In a separate pan, melt butter. Add milk, flour and mustard. Stir until thick. Add bouillon mixture. Thicken. Add cheese. When cheese is melted add drained vegetables.
