Ingredients For corn chowder

  • 1/2 lb
    bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 lg
    onion, chopped
  • 2 c
    diced potatoes
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 c
    boiling water

How To Make corn chowder

  • 1
    Cook above till potatoes are tender ( can be cooked in crock-pot)
  • 2
    Add: 1 can Cream corn (can use regular also) 2 cups Hot milk Preheat slowly till hot. DO NOT BOIL.
