Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 - head cauliflower, chopped
- 2 - celery stalks, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 quart chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup half and half
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup parmesan, shredded
- - hot sauce
How To Make cauliflower soup

Step 1Heat olive oil and butter in soup pot. Season with salt and pepper. Add cauliflower, celery, onion, and thyme. Saute over medium heat until onion is translucent. Add flour and stir. Mix in broth and half and half. Simmer 15 minutes.

Step 2Serve with parmesan, parsley, and hot sauce as garnishes.
