This soup is so-so, but my go to recipe when I need to eat very low calories.I suppose you could add more veggies or leave something out.

Ingredients
- 1 - head of cabbage, chopped
- 3-5 - large onions, chopped
- 2 - green peppers, chopped
- 2 - cloves garlic, chopped
- 14 ounces fat free chicken broth
- 11 ounces v8 juice
- 28 ounces can crushed tomatoes
- 1 package lipton onion soup mix
- - chopped basil or chives to taste
- - several cups of water
How To Make cabbage soup-no calories

Step 1Chop onions, cabbage, peppers, garlic and put in with all other ingredients. Cook in crockpot on low for 6 hrs.
