I know everybody has to have this soup at one time or another...but I figure I'd still post it.

Ingredients
- 1 - cabbage head, chopped
- 6 large green onions, diced
- 2 small green peppers, diced
- 2 cans diced tomatoes with garlic & onions
- 1 bunch celery, diced
- 1 package lipton dry onion soup mix
- 2 - vegetable bouillon cubes, low salt or no salt
- 34 ounces water
- - salt & pepper, to taste
- - parsley, to taste
How To Make cabbage soup

Step 1After dicing all vegetables, cover with *water. Boil for 10 minutes. * V-8 (Low Sodium) & water can be used.

Step 2Reduce to simmer, add onion soup mix. Continue cooking until vegetables are tender, about 20 - 30 minutes.

Step 3Season to taste with salt, pepper, parsley, etc.
