- 1 cabbage
- 2 carrots
- 1 small onion
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 bunch spinach
- 1 bunch parsley
- 8 cups stock ( any) or water
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- red pepper flakes (opt)
How To Make cabbage soup

Step 1In a large pot, sauté onions, celery & carrots in olive oil about 5 mins.
