Ingredients

  • 2 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 can condensed cream of potato soup
  • 1 medium carrot, shredded
  • 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How To Make cabbage-cheese soup

  • Step 1
    In a saucepan stir milk into soup.
  • Step 2
    Cook and stir until bubbly.
  • Step 3
    Stir in cabbage and carrot.
  • Step 4
    Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or till cabbage is done.
  • Step 5
    Stir in Swiss cheese and pepper.
  • Step 6
    Heat and stir until cheese melts.
