- 2 - butternut squash, peeled & diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 gallon chicken stock
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 pound brie cheese, cubed
- 1/2 gallon milk
How To Make butternut squash & brie soup

Step 1Combine squash, onion and stock and cook until soft and reduced by half. Add cheese and milk, simmer 15-20 min, stirring frequently to reduce the chance of lumps forming. Garnish with slices of red, yellow or green pepper. Serve immediately.
