Ingredients
- 2 pounds bag frozen broccolli flowerettes
- 1/2 pound smoked sausage
- 1 medium yellow onion,chopped fine
- 1 - stalk celery,chopped fine
- 1 can beef broth, reduced sodium
- 1 can [fill broth can] milk
- 1 pinch garlic
How To Make broccolli soup

Step 1put beef broth in med/lg sauce pan bring to boil... reduce heat... add broccolli.... cook 5-10 minutes.. add celery and onion cook 10 minutes more

Step 2let cool some... pour into food processor.... blend til smooth... while doing broccolli... add smoked sausage to pan cook and brown over med high heat...watch close do not burn...

Step 3return broccolli mix to pan add milk heat til hot... add what ever spices you like... i like garlic added to this soup... serve it with garlic toast
